Being close to beauty – fantastic, transcendent, eternal, saturating beauty – can put us into a dreamy state of bliss, that magical feeling of perfect peace and happiness. I believe all of us have experienced this at one time or another.
Often bliss comes upon us unexpectedly, without warning, in a quiet, relaxed moment, such as when golden light gently filters through trees on a late summer’s afternoon and brings birds to play in the garden, or perhaps when we are idly watching sunlight sparkle and dance so exquisitely on the ocean.

In September 2019, I have in mind a special trip to Italy and Croatia that will be entirely focused on peaceful, enchanting interludes in extraordinarily beautiful places.

Rome is where I think we need to start, but this will be the Rome of enchanting night streets touched by soft ambient light and secret places of unusual, enchanting, transfixing charm. Let me show you Rome like you have never experienced it before; Rome the beautiful, the eternal, the ethereal.
From there, we will move to Umbria and immediately disappear into the world of old Italy at its most pastoral and picturesque: pretty, natural, magical.
